For DPS, is building around 3rd job offensive skills more effective due to the gears/cards available for it to be spammable? Or does this update powercreeps it? Last I played RO with 4th jobs we were still spamming 3rd job skills to do dps.
This update buff 4th class DPS so yeah for Biolo, Cart cannon is outdated now with Mayhemic. For Cardinal, Petitio and Framen are also better than Adoramus with correct gears...

Not mine, no. But I am actively helping when I can. For instance I am working on better skill descriptions atm. A lot of the server is things I would do in my own server, so that's probably why I like it a lot. Also the fact idk how to make, and run a server!
