    INGREDIENTS FOR CRACKERS IN VIDEO:
    1tsp Minced Sage
    1 1/2 All Purpose Flour
    1 tbsp Sugar
    1/2 tsp Salt
    2 tbsp Avocado Oil
    1/2 cup Water
    Sesame Seeds
    Poppy Seeds
    INGREDIENTS FOR BASIC CRACKERS:
    1 1/2 All Purpose Flour
    *1 tbsp Sugar
    1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Avocado Oil (any oil will do, you can also use butter or lard)
    1/2 cup Water
    (*can be omitted)
    LET'S COOK:
    •Mince Sage
•In a mixing bowl combine: 1 1/2 All Purpose Flour, 1 tbsp Sugar, 1/2 tsp Salt, 2 tbsp Avocado Oil, Sage or any herb of your choice and 1/2 cup Water
•Mix until dough starts to form then knead the dough for 3-5 minutes
•Divide the dough ball into two
•Dust the counter top with flour and roll one of the dough balls out very thin
•Add any toppings you like: additional salt, pepper, and/or seeds
•Roll over the toppings to imbed them into the dough
•Cut the dough into the cracker shapes of your choice or use a cooke cutter
•Take the blunt end of a wooded skewer and press into each cracker several times to prevent the cracker from creating large air pockets during the baking process (you can use a fork also)
•Line the crackers on a baking sheet and put in a preheated oven set to 350ºf/176ºc and bake for 15-20 minutes
(If your are making the basic recipe, follow the same instructions just skip over any additional ingredients that are not listed in the "BASIC" ingredient list)

I just made this a while ago. This recipe is simple to make and not many ingredients required. I got over 40 pieces with just half of the dough! I have left over dough that i put in the freezer and will use next time I feel for crackers. I'm never going to buy crackers again, seriously. There's so much variations I could add to this!!! Thanks for the video!!!

Will you please do a video on how to make Regular or Buttermilk Homemade Biscuits? When the call for Inclinement Weather comes around, my Mom use to say, "Why buy bread, when you don't know how long you will be stuck inside and you give out? If you always keep lots of flour on hand, you can make Ash Cakes by cooking them in inside a pit fire & fireplace fire, then brush off ashes. Or, Hoe Cakes by flatting Homemade Biscuits & fry in Cast Iron Pan on top of Kerosene Heater or Grill. You will eat bread for a long time this way, than guessing how long bought bread is going to last. But! The First Thing......it's best to learn how to make basic Biscuits! If you have just Vitamins or Tonic, Cod Liver Oil, White & Sweet Potatoes, Onions (all keep well) bread, & water....you will Survive!" ~Words of Wisdom of A Country Survivalist!👍 Teach me how, please. Thanks! Love your Culinary Site! ♥️
PS: I also, personally say, include some protein: Hoop Cheese, Dried Fish, & Can Mackerel & Salmon for Grilled Fishcakes. Last but not the least! A statch of Red Wine! For the blood & happy spirit!😄👍♥️

No sesame seeds on hand either so I used M&M’s. I must say your crackers definitely look better than mine.
