If you haven't seen Jeremy's history shows he does a fantastic job. Media gives him shit for whatever reason but the man loves his history just as much as his cars.

I'm impressed with the camerawork. With Jay Leno, you always see the cameras mounted and the chase cars. I didn't spot a camera in the whole video.

Of the many cars I have driven, the Bentley is the one I would DESERVE the most speeding tickets in. It's like the Space Shuttle mated with a Spa. You float along in endless comfort and power without a feel of how fast you are actually going, yet in complete control. When you do get pulled over, you are in a Bentley. Not getting out of that one.
I know it’s a long ways from a Bentley but my BMW 5 series e60 550i made me feel the same way. Endless comfort and even doing over 100 felt like you were cruising at 35. I loved that car, hated the relatability. My new x5 is much sportier than I expected and the in-line 6 makes such a great noise. Says it’s only 300hp but feels much faster than that but what a pleasant driving experience.
10,000 hours for Jaguar to lovingly craft the XKSS.
1 millisecond for Hammond to crash it.
The Jaguar and Aston Martin classics are beautiful. I'm all for modern tech, light weight materials and performance, but they just don't make cars like that anymore; except now they do!

Brilliant cars! That Jaguar especially, so much work put into it, thousands of hours, and so many details kept the same as the original, and Richard Hammond was behind the wheel. No, stop that, I wasn't making any sort of joke, I'm just happy he got the opportunity to drive such a beauty, same for Clarkson as well :)

Amongst the SUVs I’d take the Bentley bentega on a technical level alone, though I think the f-pace and Range Rover have better styling. Still, those vintage car recreations are stunning, and I’m not even into vintage cars.
That XKSS is drop dead bloody gorgeous. But the Aston is sexy. It owns me heart.

I do believe a db4 especially a zagato, is the single sexiest thing ever created. The jaaaaaaag is plenty nice too : ) The kind of vehicles that cause grown men going by to, mid-conversation, go "huuuurhhhnngnhngn!!"

I'm a Jag fan (and owner) and even I think the XKSS is ugly. If you want pretty, look at a long-nose D-type instead. If you want stunningly beautiful, look at an Aston Martin DBR or DB3S from the same period.

Totally agree with the racing comments, we don't need a computer with aero from NASA we need a big engine, a small car and some sticky tyres. And what's more we don't need drivers who insist that they're athletes or teams of millions in pit boxes that may as well be hotels we need Shaun Connery driving slightly drunk after a night with the local mayor's wife having his tyres changed by Jeff and Bob from down the road working out of an old shed, let's make less money on branding and more noise on track!
I totally agree however a study of a bunch of US millenials on a race track showed how they can't hardly just drive round a corner without ABS, TC, etc etc. God help them when you add in a manual shift and a clutch pedal.

If you want a luxury off-roader... You get a Lexus LX570 (maybe a G- class would work too). If you want a luxury car that could go offroad you get a range rover or cullinan, etc.
Sooo cluelessly backwards. Range Rover off road performance is way better than Lexus or even a G. When your Lexus or G is stuck off-road, you use a Range Rover to get to them and tow them out.

So so funny but so interesting.
The Bentayga is as quiet as a library, and at 6,000lbs, nearly the same weight. When James says the most powerful stereo in a car, he's forgetting about his Golf in the Teenage Challenge with the techno and glued buttons.
He s wrong. Lexus LS mark levinson is more powerful, however it sucks compared to naim or Audi bang olufsen
