Usually they send you an email to confirm your phone interview date and time. You can try replying to that email (: hope that helps!

Can you give me a bank example of above and beyond question? And one more question- whats your greatest accomplishment ?
For above & beyond, try to look back at your experience. Answer how you approach a complicated client, how you resolved the issue & how you found extra opportunity. Greatest accomplishment can be your sales targets at your old job or your customer service, dealing under pressure etc. You can talk about how you overcome those challenges. Hope that helps!

Hi,
Typically most branches have about 4-5 tellers. If there is a very large branch then there could be up to 8 tellers but that’s rare. Hope that helps!

Do tellers use tablets to freely roam and assist customer anywhere in the branch? If so what software is used by your bank?
Can you kindly answer this queries ?
Teller usually don’t need to use any specific software on a tablet . However, sometimes we use tablet to help clients sign into online banking. (: Not sure about every bank though.
