    I recently added some teal streaks to my hair. I’ve gotten lots of compliments on them and have been excited about trying other colors now that I’m going gray. Will I hurt myself in the interview, if I leave the color in? Will I never be able to change my hair color again, if I get the teller position?

      When you go into banks or see bankers around your area do any of them ever have any colors in their hair? That may be a good indicator. Here where I am it is not usually allowed but some subtle colors might be just fine.

    On average what does a weekly/monthly sales goal look like for a bank teller? Would you go more in depth on sale goals being met, how often they are raised and how a teller would best deal with a slow sales period? Also scheduling, is there morning/afternoon positions as a teller or strictly 8hr work days? is it flexible scheduling for someone with a second morning job who wants to gradually transition into a teller role?

    • @lesliegalaviz5334
      @lesliegalaviz5334 3 роки тому

    • @MelissaFreeman
      @MelissaFreeman  3 роки тому +3

      You actually will rarely be allowed to have a second job when working for a bank as it could cause a conflict of interest. Banking hours are only 9-5 or 6 so there are no “shift but you could work part time and you maybe coke in at different times each day you’re needed (between 8-5 of course) sales goals will depend on your position with the bank. Example: a teller that has been thee edit 3 months may be expected to get 20 people per week to open a new account. That will also depend on how busy your specific branch is.
