I moved fm Tx to CA before 150days was up,my case got transferred and Ead clock did not stop and I got my EAD on time.Maybe I was lucky but maybe the rule has changed but neverthless my move before 150 days DID not affect my EAD
I applied for asylum 1 year ago. I didn't get interview notice yet. How long it will take to get asylum interview notice. My asylum office is virginia.
I'm not a lawyer but common sense dictates that so long as you don't cross international borders, you're still within the US. Sort of like flying to Hawaii.

Can I stay in different state and apply my EAD in the state where my case is pending?
