I came to the usa at the port of otay mesa. I had a valid B2 visa. I asked the border guard right away for an asylum. After 2 days in the bordeaux, they sent me to detention for 3 months. The visa was cancelled in accordance with the law 22 CFR 41.122.
At the Master Hearing the judge accused me of entering the US without a visa (although I had the visa). But I told her I had a visa. The judge postponed another master hiring to find out the visa situation. Is it right and according to the law the border guards acted? Is there any chance that if I was not treated according to the law to win the case and get a change of status.
It is difficult to get a visitors visa to USA can i apply for an asylum to USA outside of my home country?

I know regularly just travelling for leisure you are required to have money or a certain amount to visit that country. Is it different if you seek for asylum? Do you only need money to pay for the plane ticket?
You need money to go to the country you want to go to. However whenever you are being interviewed by an immigration officer you don’t need money. Most persons nearly have someone to receive them once they come out of the detention center
What if you made mistakes in the application? Can you update it and resubmit?

Hello Sir, I have a friend who is a Ghanaian, she had a schengen visa to work in one of the European country base on contract, upon her arrival she couldn't work that much because he diagnosed of a sickness which made her unfit for the work after two month of working. She can not apply for asylum.the government will take DNA to confirm that the child is really for the said husband .after that the country your child father will give you residence permit based on the reason that they can not sent you back with your child especially when the child is under 5 years

I have a question out of courisity. Are the asylum files open or confidential or even classified as secret? You know not everybody has a religious or sexual background.
They're not "classified," but they're treated as confidential - the information won't get back to anyone in your country, or to anyone in the United States who doesn't work for the U.S. government
If I come on tourist visa, am i allowed to seek for asylum as soon as I reach to the airport (immigrant officer).
