the youtube algorithm focuses more on how frequent people upload rather than how long their videos are or anything else :/ i post 30-40 second videos every month and that isnt enough for the algorithm? so i think maybe posting tiny videos of you and your friends uhh maybe playing a song together thats a minute long or something funny, but short and not hard to edit your videos are really detailed- every video is really good and it looks painful to edit ndkdkn so id say keep working on those when you can but post "update" videos :)))) im not that smart tho when it comes to youtube but uhhh hope that sparks inspiration?
