Thank you for this video post. I woke up this morning with an urgency to pray to the directions and connect to my inner guidance of my own shamanic practices as I am just learning. This was of great help and intro beginning to innerstand the power of prayer through the elements. It resonates deeply, I have been traveling to Peru and have a deep gratitude for its teachings through the jungle and the mountains. Thank you again!
