I always liked the traditional style, but got swept away by the grey/ glitter trend. As soon as we done our living room , I didn'y really like it. I couldn't put my finger on it. We just had a new kitchen, trendy farmhouse. Got rid of all the glitter, changed rug, lamp, mirror art work, cushions ect. in living room. Looks so much different, just have to paint the walls im the nearest future. Now I like the room again. That taught me a lesson, stick with what you like . PlusI agree with dumb down, we hot rid of our microwave and dishwasher as we hardly used them. Too much tech is no good for our health. Xx
I dislike stripes and dark wood. My home is quite neutral and I like wood features, Swedish type clean styles, vintage touches mixed with modern. My home is Victorian. Calm environment is a must for me. Interesting vlog ❤

You’ll see Ash throughout, but I’m very mindful that he is camera shy, so we have to respect that (a little 😅) Xo

Love that niche is defined and completely agree, you should just choose what you love whether it is a trend or not. Otherwise you will be redoing rooms over and over again trying to keep up and not actually like it! I love silver but hate gold so all my silver stuff will be on trend then 😄 and I also love stripes. Hate mahogany and dark woods so that one is definitely never for me!

We moving to a victorian house soon which does not need a full renovation but the decor in every room is not to my taste so all these ideas are fabulous although many i will absolutely not be getting on board with!!!
