I have major greenhouse envy miss plant girl! 🙂 what a great project to have completed and ready for the spring! As i look out at the 30cm of drifted snow in our back yard,I’m thinking spring is a longggg way off for us. 😂 excellent use of those upcycled windows BTW! I bet with all the sun you guys have over there, you’ll be able to get a healthy head start next season.
Thank you. The early snow is making this project extra nice. I envision it just might be a ‘warm’ place to putter in the sun this winter. I can’t wait to get some seedlings in it.
Wow Prairie Plantgirl!😃 Great job! 👍It's sweet and I know you are going to have it so cute yet functional! Love that joy on your face! 😃 And next year, if winter holds own like it did this year you'll have more space to put your growing seedlings. It's nice...inspiring!👍💕 Hey to handsome Buster!🐕 He seems cool with Mom having her own space.🙂
It will be a great space to have when the weather and I just are not on the same schedule. I think Buster thought I built him his own place until I closed in the walls. After that, he has had very little interest in being inside so far. I suspect he will enjoy hanging out in there with me a bit when the weather is very cold.
Fabulous project and I can see from your face that it's very special for you. I'm not surprised, it's a wonderful job. Well done family and friends for helping. I have a drill in the cupboard that I have no idea how to use.... it's one of the new ones, I was OK with the old one, but this defeats me.🙄
Great job! That's awesome! Especially using old reusable windows. Out east here they call it Yankee ingenuity. 😊 Looking forward to seeing what have planned for the winter season.
Bravo! Love your greenhouse. I can't wait till I have my main one ready (will have to wait till next year) but I did get a tiny little glass one made that is about the size of a phone booth. It's a repurposed pulmonary function testing cabinet I got online for free. Small but built like a tank and air tight if I want it to be so could heat it for very little I think. Will probably move seed starts into it in April and heat it will small portable heater or even a heat lamp. I built shelves into it, cut a roof hole, and added an automatic wax cylinder roof vent. I think it will hold about 9 standard 1020 trays. Keep up the great work.
This is such great news, well done! It is very difficult to piece together a project like that. Having that dedicated space is going to work wonders for you. There are so many plants that require those 100+ days in order to flower and fruit.
@@PrairiePlantgirl Oh for sure! The time this will allot you is epic. I maybe pushing the envelope myself as I am looking into a small Geodesic Greenhouse. The killer is the shipping and taxes.
No raccoons, maybe a mouse or gopher, more than likely a neighbour’s cat. I have considered that possibility. I may wind up putting screen on the inside.

Thank you.
wow! 👍
That’s how I feel 😀
You’ve kept this a neat little secret all year. Haha. Very awesome. Great job.
I’ve had to really watch my editing to check the background.
Awesome job! That looks so good.
Thank you
Congratulations on your new green house. I look forward to seeing your space in future videos. Happy gardening.
Thank you. I’m very excited to have it.

Thank you
You did a great job on that. The plants will love it. Thanks for the share!
Thank you. It will be great to have.
That is so cool PPG! Plenty of light so I bet you get an earlier start next year 🙂
I really hope I can get some good season extension.

That sounds awesome. What a cool find. I wonder if heat mats would be enough in a space like that?
@@PrairiePlantgirl I don't think it would take much. Probably heat mats would be perfect
Congrats! It looks great.😀
Thanks
feeling inspired
Awesome!
Congrats!! Wow....that is some project to have finished! Can't wait to see how you use it next year 😃
It was a big undertaking but I managed to pull it off.

This build has given me some new skills. I hope to expand my gardening knowledge now that I have this space.

Hi PPG, That is a great looking greenhouse well done with that, You'll be able to get things growing a little earlier by using that, Take care.
I hope so. I’ve watched you get a lot done in your greenhouse. Completely different climates but it gives me ideas of what can be done.
@@PrairiePlantgirl Good luck PPG, You will do well, Take care
The lowest window with the hinge is going to be loved by raccoons.....
Nice and lovely

Hi I’m new to your channel. This looks like so much fun! Excited to see what you do with this cool green house.
Welcome to the channel
niceeee!!!
Thanks
congratulations! I'm saving windows now for mine I'm in Colorado zone 5, plastic ones just don't work well enough. can't wait for next year.
I hope you get enough windows soon.
That’s awesome PPG! A lot more planting options open up with a green house, especially here in short growing season climate. Exciting 🎉
I’m very excited to get to experiment with what I can grow with this.
