This is amazing. I am suffering with a costovertebral spasm at T6. Before I was diagnosed properly by a consultant I would get my husband to really press on the painful area with the heel of his hand not to different to the physio when they did it. We didn't know that was the treatment. Goes to show your body knows best.
Great content just curious what you did to follow up with HEP to reinforce the manual therapy. I usually use thoracic whips but not everyone can handle that level of force.

No, but stick to the isometric strengthening first. Have a look in my channel for those
