Garlic Chicken Breast the Tupperware Microwave Pressure Cooker Method First Dish

- This is a video sharing the first time I am cooking a dish in my new Tupperware Microwave Pressure Cooker. I have chosen to make something rather simple since I have never used a pressure cooker of any kind before. Later on, I will explore making more involved dishes. I am using two boneless skinless chicken breasts with garlic coating mix with only water as the liquid required in the pressure cooker. I have turned my microwave down to 900 watts maximum as Tupperware clearly states in the owner's manual is the limit of this pressure cooker. The timer is set for 20 minutes while the cooker can handle up to 30 minutes, tonight's dinner only requires 20. Hope you enjoy this demonstration - we sure did and dinner was delicious!

I could practically smell it!! So easy!! A friend gave me one of these pressure cookers and yours is the first video I watched to see how to use it. Thank you!
Wow, thank you so much. Your kind words have made my evening. Thank you for watching. :) Have a wonderful night and thanks again.
Love seeing the pitcher from my childhood.
Hi, thanks for watching! I love Tupperware stuff. I have quite a few items from back in the day and they are still in good shape and usable same as they were when new. 😀👌
Very nice your demonstration! I would make some soup vegetables too but it's a great result. I bought it too, but didn't try yet. But now I will 😃. You're awesome 🤗. Much fun with Tupperware, I love it too 👍. Greetings from Good Old Germany 👋🇩🇪.
Yes! I just got this and was trying to figure out how to cook just the chicken. Thanks :)
Thanks for watching, glad you liked it. These Tupperware Pressure Cookers are awesome. 😃👋
This one from Tupperware I did not know, it looks really good . Thanks for sharing Susan .
It is a new piece of Tupperware for me as well. I am glad I chose this as my first pressure cooker - it works terrific. Your welcome, Pascal, I am glad you liked it. 😊👊👌
Yay Tupperware! Another amazing product. Thanks for sharing. I used mine to make chicken breast as I went along with your video and its cooking now! 💜
nice presentation. you explain things well, supply necessary and useful details, and your photography is fine too. overall, nice job! I bought one of these recently on eBay, waiting on delivery and will have to try this out.
you should try out some other cooking ideas with this gadget!
Thank you so much for watching and for the awesome feedback and compliments! Thanks for the suggestion too, I will definitely have to try out other recipes with this. Hope you get yours soon.
That was A good first try. I"m sure you have had many successful dinners.
Yes, I have! Thanks for watching and for your great comment. Both are much appreciated. Have a great day/night. :)
love the video, very thourough
Thank you so much! I am glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching and for the wonderful compliment. 👋😎
Just an FYI....never ever open the pressure cooker until the yellow button is completely down, on its own. Do not push it down...do not open early.
Also, I have never covered foods completely....as long as there is enough liquid to start it out (it creates additional liquid on its own)
thank you for your awesome video, i would have liked to see a high quality meat thermometer inserted in the chicken just after your took it out. Again thank you!
Thanks for watching and for your feedback about the high quality meat thermometer. I will definitely keep that in mind for future videos like this. 😎👍
Same here! Totally never used one.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks so much! 😃
nice
Thanks! 😀👊👌
:)
More fun, light, & Upbeat might be fun! I love Tupperware and get so excited about my product. Maybe it's just me. Different strokes. at least you're precise and thorough... I'm ordering this item to use and show, share.
Wow, thank you so much Clark! I appreciate the view, the compliments and the comments. I am sure you will love this pressure cooker - still love using mine. It is so easy and such good quality. 😁👋
How can one receive that booklet that you have? I did not receive one when I received my Tupperware Pressure cooker.
Hi Marie, sorry you didn't get a booklet with yours. Best suggestion I have is to contact Tupperware online and see if there is a way of obtaining one by mail or if they have a printable one available. I would think that would just come with the pressure cooker like mine did, there is a lot of valuable information in the booklet that would help when using the cooker. Sorry I couldn't be of more help - thanks for watching and for your excellent question. :)
Contact Tupperware Customer Service via phone, and they will email you a copy.
I caught that lol tahdayy lol
Is your channel monetized ?.
Very informative my friend sooo what times dinner hahaha see you there
LOL, why do you ask if my channel is monetized, Sully? 🤔 Thanks for the comment and sorry to say this dinner is long done with the time it takes to edit videos and all. 😉😀👊👌
Yum, i had all the nervous ness was right there with you when you pulled the lid off. But a great idea to cook with. That chicken was thick and looked really tender. You could have used the liquid as a stock for soup. :)
Thanks, Debbie, for watching and for feeling nervous with me. 😉Thanks for the compliments too...OMG, why did I not think of using the liquid as soup stock? I am going to store that little nugget in the back of my brain and do it next time. Great idea!! 👌😀👊😊
Susan Millard you're welcome I come from creative peasant people in Italy and Sicily in my lineage and waste is a no no.
Hahaha, waste is a no-no for me too but I guess I had a brain-dead moment. Doh!! 🙄😀Thanks for reminding me, much appreciated.
Push that valve down with a spoon to let pressure out. Just stay away from the steam.
Great suggestion, thanks. I agree the steam is nasty and can burn really badly, really fast. Thanks for watching and for your comment.
It's a shame that you didn't taste it and state the results? The chicken looked sickly, without the browning! How was it?
Hi, thanks for watching. I am sorry I missed that opportunity to sample it and tell everybody how it turned out (moist and delicious BTW). I think in future I will sear it in a pan briefly to brown it first before putting it in the pressure cooker but was following a recipe directions when filming this. All we can do is learn from mistakes and attempt to do better going forward. Thanks for your comment and please be assured I will take note of your suggestions when shooting new food videos.
@@SusanMillard Good job. I am looking forward to trying out my pressure cooker because of your video. BTW, I contacted Tupperware today to get the booklet and received it, via email.
@@SusanMillard I forgot to mention that I bought mine at Value Village for $2.99. It didn't come in a box but looked unused! I wonder why someone would donate it to a thrift shop. When I saw it I didn't know what it was, until I Googled Tupperware products.
Great deal!! I am continually amazed at the things I find in thrift shops. 😎👌
If you use it for rice could you do a video... thanks a bunch😌
Thanks for the suggestion, I will write that down in my book and when the opportunity comes up to do that I will definitely film it. :) Thanks for watching.
