Yeah, firing three missiles is really hard. I guess the most important thing is to shoot the first one at the top of your jump. My strategy for the sidehopper room is basically the same as the strat you used on your way back (with the Super). I fire two regular missiles diagonally to kill the first Sidehopper, then jump over the rest.
