As lemmino didn't know how the water and ocean came about, ill tell you: As when lemmino said, earth was a kinda hellish place, this means that most of its surface was molten and when the surface of molten moved it pushed up upon its self making molten hill like hills, the molten set and made volcanoes, the volcanoes then erupted ammonia, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, small amounts of oxygen and Water (Vapour).
