@@carrierontask3298 it's mainly because if you want to get poison you kind of give up on gearing and kills before 2 players get snowball. It's good because you can get rid of their healing but for the time you poke that much, you're either rushed or bowspamed really hard.

At 16:48 the reason the poison didn't affect him was because it landed above him ("above" meaning "like 0.5 blocks up the wall"), alike to explosions, that make it so it's completely ruined and wasted
