My time as an SA I learned that while you are your P's right hand, you're also his closest advisor. You are there to make sure he keeps himself focused and working for the club and not the individual. Also there is a time to be diplomatic and a time to jump. Keeping calm is the best thing. Never let anyone see you bothered! Head up and stay strong, no matter what shit storm is blowing around you.
Just found your channel recently and can't get enough. I'm learning a lot, the messaging is consistent and you really drive the key points home cleanly. Solid work. Please keep the content coming.
Another key aspect … having wisdom to know just how to apply the rules, in terms of making good judgement calls that don’t necessarily involve a strict by-the-book application And to be clear:not in the least suggesting by-laws, rules etc shouldn’t be adhered to, just realize there could be extenuating circumstances that the rules may not give guidance
I was SAA in club back in the early 80s. I didn’t last long in that position, I was way too young and idealistic. I was a much better Road Captain. SAA is a position best suited for cool headed people.

Great info, could you guys discuss the difference between MC and RCs sometime? Especially since RCs have different leadership structures sometime
We are looking at doing a show where we discuss the differences between different motorcycle groups
