I decided to move on and see myself better than I was at that time. I believed it was just a phase and I would definitely go past it. I've been holding on to so many grudges and I've blocked some people and created a walI around me because of those bad memories. I want to heal but I don't know how to, I'm so hurt and the worst part is, I blame myself for it...I permitted it.
You have to first forgive yourself and then forgive the people that hurt you and ask for the overwhelming love of God to fill your heart.
