Kayak Fishing - 1 Bass, 1 Pike, Cool Osprey | July 4th Weekend, 2024

Bass & Pike kayak fishing in Michigan, 4th of July weekend, 2024. It was a very rough weekend of kayak fishing. I went out four times over the holiday weekend and only caught two fish: a nice Largemouth Bass and a Northern Pike. Both fish were caught using Keitech swimbaits. I did get to watch an awesome bird of prey...an Osprey...fish in the river. It was quite a treat see.

Thank you my friend!!! 😊 I'm definitely on the path back to normal. It feels good to fish (although I feel best when I catch fish 🤣). Only thing I've been smoking lately is the nicotine patch 🤣🤣🤣 I can't promise results but I can promise I'll give it my best 😎. On another topic...I got a definite from Mike #1 for the Tridge trip...so it's looking good to happen. I'll post more when things get closer. Would love to fish with you, so I hope you can make it!!! 😊
