@MountainsideArts Good morning! Thanks for the lesson. I am in the process of making a focal wall on my lean-to deck. I really want to make a star-burst on the upper half. This video is perfect! Thank you so much for making an old woman's job easier! This was my first time watching you...I definitely subscribed.
I'm brand spankin new to your channel and just subscribed. For your first video, I know it's a year old, but you have a great voice and didn't blow out our eardrums with out of place and too loud music.
I’ve definitely had that same though and will in the future. I’m actually working on a very similar thing right now that is a shelf with key ring hooks. The difference is the rays are contained in a frame. I’m making a little video about that too.
Hi @revlry51 Yep, exactly. I sometimes make these with an LED strip behind the rays. When I first started making the backlit ones, I would use a cord. I've also used a battery pack so there isn't a cord hanging down.
Cheers to the Bob Ross of Woodworking!
That's it! As I was watching him I thought "gee he reminds me of someone..."
Happy little sunbursts

Thanks! I've been on a little hiatus recently from making new videos but have a few more coming soon.

Love this and it looks awesome!!!
Great job looks great thx for sharing
Thanks Larry!
These are super cool. Do you ever do wider bottoms so it’s a shelf?
I’ve definitely had that same though and will in the future. I’m actually working on a very similar thing right now that is a shelf with key ring hooks. The difference is the rays are contained in a frame. I’m making a little video about that too.
Good job, I might have to make one myself
Thanks Dave!
Notiiced a cord hangning from some of these on your website. Do you hide an LED Strip behind the rays?
