    Reading the master mecp book and I was looking into the sa-3055 model and then I stumbled into this awesome tool! I appreciate you explaining all the tools one might already have but now it’s in one!

    Can you tell me what foam you use for your toolboxes and how you cut them for fitting everything? That’s awesome and I need it in my life.

    Hello guys. I want to know what is the best way to install multiple cameras to a 12 volt constant source in my f150. I have a Rostra 259-8455 for my Sync 3.

    Great stuff guys. Question... I have a 2014 ford Lincoln MKZ, i have upgraded speakers and added the audiocontrol d6 1200. I have a noise associated with gas at 2 different rpm points. It sounds like mic feedback in a sense but only low frequencies. Its like a hum at 40-60hz for lack of a better term. Is this fake noise?

  • @heytonyman
    @heytonyman 5 років тому

    Do you guys use FORScan on the Fords? Supposed to be able to change the high level outputs to 0-4v low level. I ask because the 3.6v you measured sure seems like it’s low level already.

    Fake engine noise .LOL ,use to think that was the cars supercharger, playing through the stereo back wen I was a kid.

    Have a question. I'm wanna run a skar audio RP150.4 and channels 1 & 2 going to run skar pro mids at 4 ohms 150 rms. Channels 3 & 4 going to run skar VX1-st super tweeters running at 2ohms 240 rms. Is the amp going to be ok running at 2 different ohms and wattage levels

    • @kylevanwinkle2081
      @kylevanwinkle2081 5 років тому

      Yes it will be fine. 90% of amps will be fine doing this.
      My truck runs an alpine pdr-f50 runing the front channels at 80w each at 4ohm to a single tweet each and the rears are pushing 120w at 2ohm each to each mid.

    Hey guys I was wondering if you guys know of a GM dash kit that is 7.5” wide and 4.75” tall it’s a perfect square it’s for a base model Chevy sonic I believe there is an inexpensive kit already this size. Thanks!

    • @FiveStarCarStereoInc
      @FiveStarCarStereoInc  5 років тому

      All the kits are designed to fit a standard Double din opening. You would have to cut a standard kit.

      Five Star Car Stereo but is there a Chevy dash kit that looks square and fit those dimensions? I’m just trying to see if there is already one out there so I can order the right part number. The base model stereo measures 7.5” wide and 4.75” tall and it looks perfectly square. I hope you understand what I’m looking for. Thanks Dean.
