The reason people are in tears is not just because of the music. It’s because in a day where division permeates our culture you are finding a way to bind us all together not matter race, denomination or political differences. We are united through music and worship of our great God!
@@patriciaglover703 Very true, we can certainly bring the kingdom of Heaven to Earth, like we should as Christians. Or Heaven culture, as I like to call it. But I'm also super excited to worship with all the Christians around the world in all the ages past, when we get to Heaven after we die. What a wonderful experience that will be! 🙌☀️🎶
Hardly anyone believes me when I tell them this: When I was in public high school in 1959-1963 in New York State, we all got to school on Wednesday morning , took attendance, then we all boarded school buses again. The Catholic kids were taken to the local Catholic church, the Jewish kids to the synagogue, and we Protestant kids to the local Methodist church. It was called "Religious Instruction" and it happened every Wednesday morning. This Hymn was one of the many we learned and sang as a group, and we memorized Bible verses and the 23rd Psalm, The Lord's Prayer and others. My kids still think I made it up, but it was real. Does anyone else remember doing this?
Revelation 7:9-10 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.
But what about the people who stand against some popular ideas, such as transgenderism and gay marriage? Or the Christians who have been martyred? Google suggested that there were roughly 2.4 billion people who called themselves Christians. Isn't that a big number to be entirely made up of people who are afraid of each other?
David.... just WOW I think that was the best virtual choir by far. All glory to God that made everything work out, you know David I was born a premi with CP doctors said I wouldn’t reach the age of three I am now by the glory of God nineteen, I’ve had scoliosis and every tine I felt that horrible pain, my mom went to your songs and hearing you sing would calm me down, it was the Lord and you there with me singing those songs so that I can heal, all I can say is, thank you, for everything.God has used your ministry to inspire me in ways I can hardly imagine, God bless, my friend, keep up the great work
1 A mighty fortress is our God, A bulwark never failing; Our helper He amid the flood Of mortal ills prevaling. Now so many more hundreds if not thousands can sing along and join with Martin Luther and David Wesley and the angels, offering praise unto God and doom to satan!! A greater cloud of witnesses!
Thanks from a life-long Lutheran familiar only with the original LCMS words. For me, this translation lacks some of the majesty, perhaps it's just not what I learned as a child! Luther wrote in German, originally, so it's all good!!....eg, v. 3, the blue book#262... "Tho' devils all the world should fill, ALL eager to devour us, We tremble not, we fear not ill, They shall NOT overpower us! This world's prince may still Scowl fierce as he will, he can harm us none, he's judged; the deed is done. One little word can fell him." Since childhood, I have wondered what word? ? And then I heard some scholarly guy on LPR claim Luther was asked that, too. He'd laughed and said "Boo!"
It is quite a thing, that once science fiction-like technologies now make this kind of 'communication' possible. Thank you , David for working so much to bring this about. ...in all things God works together with those who love him to bring about what is good... Rom 8:28
A tiny picture of our future home... where the redeemed from every time, every nation, every color, and every age will sing with one deafening voice! May God be forever praised! Thank you for creating this, brother. We need to be reminded often of what is our true purpose - to give glory to God with our fellow redeemed!
I love the little flags in the corner of the singers’ boxes! It’s amazing seeing people from all over the world come together to celebrate the Lord Almighty.
Heavenly! If this can be created on Earth just think of the joyous sounds we are yet to hear in Heaven awaiting us! God bless you David and cause your ministry to increase 😊. Didn't partake this time but most definitely will in the next as this is an amazing thing to be part of.
Yes Jesus Is the light that he is sent to earth as a child to be born in a manger on Christmas Eve to save everyone from their sinful nature. So one day every tongue will confess that he is God and every knee will bow at the mention of his name.
David - my first 'virtual choir' of hopefully many more to come! First - THANK YOU - your talent, patience, coaching, persistence, and wonderful production is beyond words!! So awesome!! Tears, joyful singing of this over and again already inspire me to much, much more of exactly what I want to do. Brilliant - can't wait for #5!! I now also follow all of the talented lead singers! Whether I meet any of the other 175 other brothers and sisters singing FtF ever on earth - I trust I will sing "A Mighty Fortress" under your leadership in heaven - FOREVER!! WOW - what a joy!! THANK YOU!!!
Thank GOD so much David for your gift and for the memorial to Michael… a real man of GOD! Amazing and one of his favorite Hymns. He sang it many times. I pray for you and your family… GOD’s richest blessings. He is not lost, I know exactly where he is🙌🏻❤️🙏🏻🌹
David, I am a Catholic, musician and I sing in my parish here in Brazil. I really admire his work, how he adapts a song his way. Every time I watch your videos, I sing along and it ends up becoming my playlist. May God bless you, enlighten you and transmit this gift that He has given you and unite us with one voice! Thank you so much 🙏🏻
Oh Wow!♡°•~ Embracing the freedom of our faith! Thank you Martin Luther...and our young brother David Wesley in our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ!!! THANK YOU!
I’m so proud of your growth as a creator and the beautiful things you create for your community. Congrats, David and everyone involved with this beautiful project.
Oh My God! It's a beautiful song I never imagine! Truly A Mighty fortress is our God! I like how the vocals, music, and video is arranged! Tenor sounds Great! In Swahili language (kiswahili) The song is called "Mungu kwetu ndiye Boma" God bless you Mr.David Wesley for this choir project!
HALLELUJAH!!!!!!! WHAT A FEAT!!!!! GOD BLESS YOU AND KEEP YOU!! Gosh. What an achievement!!!!! I actually cried when I listened to this!!!!✝️✝️✝️✝️💜💜🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
When we are in glory, I'm gonna go find David, and we'll get everyone in heaven to sing this song at once, imagine the smiles, the grins and how LOUD it will be... the heavens will ROAR.
The most beautiful thing you can watch is the saints praising our dear Lord Jesus and in this case singing a classic of classics written by Martin Luther. A dear brother the Lord used to recover the most foundational truth in the Word of God , justification by faith in the vicarious death and resurrection of the God-Man Jesus our Lord. Thanks for sharing and looking forward for more from this group of dear brothers and sisters from "every nation, tribe and tongue". Hiding in our dear Mighty Fortress!
So enjoyed listening to this! You have such a talented group of singers and instrumentalist! God has deffinately gifted you tremendously! God bless you David!!!
Very nice arrangement! Thank you for working to keep hymnody alive. The theological and musical richness of hymns is being lost. This proves good music and eternal truths can and will endure.
I could not help but well up with tears. The Lord's anointing is on you to minister to the world in song. Great job brother. I hope to join a future virtual choir.
Yes, this made me cry! It is beautiful! It’s December 7, 2019. I humbly ask those of you reading this to ask Jesus into your heart, and be born-again! Joy to the world! The Lord has come! Let earth receive her king. Let every heart prepare Him room! 2 Peter 3:9 “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”

THE BEAT by Allen Parr . Absolutely ! Thanks. God bless you all.
Amen!!!! ❤️
SO VERY GREAT! 🙏🙌💓
Amen from Australia
I see people of different nations, age, and races, but God sees His bride!
Ruben Lipoan looks like mostly white to me! God’s bride will be a much better representation of ALL people.
Amen, Ruben! Happy New Year to you! 😊
It is strange to see different race though. There is only 1 human race. You mean different skin colour!
@@trueheart8739 YOU STILL DON'T "GET IT" DO YOU? Maybe at the Great White Throne Judgement you will. God looks at the heart...
this is what God means in John 3:16 !
I'm a South Korean Lutheran! I feel so proud after listening to this masterpiece!
wow
Awesome! Like a “giant crowd of witnesses” from all over the globe combining their voices in praise to our mighty God!
God’s continued blessings upon you, David!
Absolutely what I was thinking! We are one church in Christ!
This is what Heaven's gonna be like. People from every nation all praising God together! Except no computer screens involved! Love this. 💞💖✝️🙌🙌
why wait for heaven we have the light love to change the world and create it in the now.

Ein Feste Burg Ist Unser Gott. Written by Martin Luther 1529. Your virtual choir did an outstanding job. That is one of my favorite hymns.

I cried throughout this!!! Can't wait for Heaven!
Indeed God has His people in every nation, race, kindred and tongue and people! Its amazing i have run out of words. God bless this ministry.
But why would there be a group like you described?
But what would Christians gain from being Christians if we did not really believe what we say we believe?
Are you saying that Christians are being ostracized?
But what about the people who stand against some popular ideas, such as transgenderism and gay marriage? Or the Christians who have been martyred? This is how humans are really. Not what's in the news. 💘
It got me in tears. Lets keep adoring. Because while we do it, nothing will stop the Gospel 💖💫💌
