In Rhaya's defense, the static I was a fill-in for in P4S *also* called it "El'viserate" because the raid lead kept biting their own tongue trying to say it right.

Here's something about colors in the first Pandemonium raid I didn't know about until after the fact: when it comes to signals, the Japanese don't have a distinction between green and blue. This is because, for the longest time, they essentially treated green and blue as the same, and didn't even have a word for green in any capacity until about a hundred years ago. Even now, the "go" signal on street lights is referred to as "ao", and not "midori". So if you wanted to call the panels on the Pandemonium Raid green or blue, you technically wouldn't be wrong in either case.
Isn't this why the friendly Kojin faction in-game are called the *Blue* Kojin despite all being a lovely shade of green?

What I've realized is Rhaya gives off heavy dad vibes. Not daddy vibes, but like, if you tell him you're hungry, he'd reply with "Hi Hungry, I'm Rhaya." and take a handful of chips for a dad tax when he hands you a bowl of them.
