Ke Ke, ur not doing anything wrong, be careful what u ask for. That weight switch don’t work like how we would like, just continue with ur weight training, add squats and lunges in ur mix. Remember that switch will break easily if u know what I mean 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
I’ve usually just used the cheapest whey protein powder that has the least amount of added sugars and calories (since I’m working on toning and definition as opposed to bulking or gaining weight. And I usually just add water to the powder and shake for a little protein boost for the day. When I saw the calorie count on the Naked Mass I almost choked! 😂 but you’re doing so wonderful KeKe we love to see the dedication 👏🏾👏🏾

When you’re trying to gain weight how come you’re working out as well? (This may be a crazy question but I just feel like it would be counterproductive) I’m asking because I’m trying to gain 10 pounds currently. Do I have to work out along with the protein powder?

I use the Naked Almond protein powder from the same brand. They have the cleanest ingredients I’ve seen and no pea protein which makes me nauseous.
