I have never prepared or made turnip greens before. I watched them pretty good cuz my mother used to just watch the heck out of them and but all I have is is ham hock I didn't. I should have watched your video before I went to the grocery store. But anyway, I'm going to put two ham hocks in and hopefully it'll be pretty good. Anyway, thank you so much for this. I always cook my hamhock and seasoning in a pressure cooker and then add everything to that broth

I dont do stems either. Ive noticed it seems like people down south cooks the stems. Thats what i dont like about bagged greens. U get a bag of stems
