Dr. Srivalsan sir = Sruthi Shuddham. Only comment is that “nagarAjadhara - needu” is the correct rendition not “ nagarajA-dhara needu”. nagarAjadhara means one held the hill(mandara parvata)

Ramesh ji, you sounded more of pandit Bhimsen Joshi ji in this composition.
Now understand the difference...
North Indian system wants coarse voice. May be more of non vegetarian items by Muslim sahebs of hindustani music reflected in their voice culture.
I thank Brahmins for their liking for carnatic music and vegetarian preference.
Simple and humble style of South Indian carnatic music attract us more.
