I won't deny the befits of modern life, its pretty incredible that we can watch this video on our phones whilst out and about in town, but just because life today is easier doesn't mean its better.
There really should be more of a push to go back to traditional living these days, im glad that some people are still living the lives we were meant to.

Hey Tom that was a great trip back in time. The way they have preserved those pieces of history is nothing less than wonderful. Too many people are quick to forget about they're history but they forget that if it wasn't for history they would have no future. I wish more people had the same pride in they're history and heritage. Thank you my Brother for the look back

It'd be interesting to see how warm these houses were in the middle of winter. Absolutely excellent footage!
They all have fireplace in the middle of the house they live in … 🔥 so I think it’s ok 🤔 but off course not as comfortable as we have it in our house 🏠. I’m glad you like my video and hope you’ll enjoy my upcoming videos as well. See you again soon 🏕

Beautiful! Very soothing to watch these scenes of less stressful times long gone by, and to hear the music along with that. It reminds me of my much-loved role playing PC games some years back, Skyrim, Oblivion, and Morrowind, where my pseudonym name Thyrunor Ragefist originated from. The images from the Danish villages offer fundamental,often poetic, truths useful in our technological 21st century. The Jomsviking camp appears to be an interesting tourist attraction.

Hi Tom, this video one of your finest works, I dare say the best. I really enjoyed watching it. A person can't help but, to watch it with no no obstruction and be transported to that exact time. As I watched it, I transported myself back to that time era. I felt how simple that time was but, also how hard times it could have been. I wish that we had not evolved to where we are today, letting electronics and modernization take over our lives. I constantly think I should sell everything I own on the road system and move to my remote cabin, where there are no roads, stores, malls or traffic. Thank you so much for bringing me some comfort from reality.

Ribe is high on my list to visit with Hedeby . I planned a holiday in 2020 to go to Hedeby and Ribe and to fish for sea trout and salmon in Denmark but then corona came so it has been postponed but i will definitely go there .Great vidio again 🇳🇱🇩🇰👍👌🌲🔥

I love history! These structures & the traditional craftsmanship that has been preserved is wonderful. Thank you for sharing. You have a great eye for content in your photography.
