It would be so good if the Parliamentarians would do their presentation in a calm cool and collective way instead of acting like when a car is changing gears also sounding like a Hype Zone in the House
These parliamentarians are acting like a group of very unruly school children, speaking over each other it Is a disgusting behaviour, They're supposed to represent the Nation, How can anyone understand the point they're trying to make, members should be allowed to say what they are saying without interruption. The speaker should demand some semblance of order in the house, Whether one agree or disagree. They should be shown the Red card if they persist. Sorry I can't watch anymore.
If our Parliamentarians would only practice to speak with respect to their opposing side of the house it would make a big difference to the Country on whole instead of acting as if they are in a setting like High School Debate for example point of correction point of information that is not relevant in a setting like Sectoral Debate we are more advanced take note and then you can rebut after the speaker on the floor is through
