For Android watch, probably not since the charger hole fits an Apple Watch charger. As far as the phone side of things, yes it can charge Android devices but they’ll need a case that allows to work with a MagSafe magnets to hold it up.
Don't waste your money, mine just came in and I was not happy that the watch charger does not come with this supposed to be 3-in-1 charger, you have to go buy a separate watch charger and wire that is ''C'' not "A" like the extra "A" plug inlet on the supposed to be 3-in-1 charger. Lot's of money to pay for a two in one not the 3-in-one I thought I was getting.

He has an otterbox case that is NOT MagSafe, and a RokForm (similar to the OB Defender) which IS MagSafe. We cannot find a charging station that will work with either case.

It'll work without a MagSafe case for the iPhones that have MagSafe. But it won't work with a regular Android device.
