This is why I like the on-line scoring. It is self-correcting. I am happy that we can eliminate the post tournament "I didn't keep score, but the others that did put down a wrong score and I need an adjustment [in my favor], can this be fixed?...." Everyone needs to be accountable for the scores that are submitted.

The mando rule is so broken and 100 percent of players agree. I'm working on a write up that would fix it. Hopefully I can circulate it after finishing and forward for pdga review. It's not as simple a thing to fix as you would think but it's not rocket science.

I'll admit, I do not like other than for lightning or other legitimate pure safety reasons #1) forcing players to play more than a single round in one day, and #2) splitting the field in any way so that conditions from one day to another can negatively or positively affect the split fields rounds. I understand for safety reasons when rounds need to be split or the tournament loses a day, and those just are what they are. But rounds ended for darkness even though significant shenanigans can occur on those holes, like there were multiple tournaments I recall this past year and in previous years where people that were forced to play out the rest of their round in new conditions absolutely screwed their tournament. I highly encourage the PDGA to be **VERY proactive with this pace of play stuff**, because any split field at all will benefit and hurt players and it's a matter of pure luck of the draw on which that will be...
ie...Due to weather it may get dark earlier in a round than expected, TD calls the rounds for the last 6 groups when it's absolutely pouring. The entire field other than those last 6 groups plays through pouring rain. Next day those 6 groups play in the morning, and it's sunny and their scores benefit from a significant change in conditions. And then they have to play a full second round only hours later which increases the risk of injury...or vice versa it's sunny for the first round, last 6 groups are late and TD calls the round due to light, next morning it's pouring and their scores suffer, and then they are forced to play a whole 2nd round in rainy conditions increasing the risk for injury. In my opinion, any time this happens, it's a failure of the event and the tour for not scheduling correctly or holding people accountable for pace of play and the players who may be leading the tournament or happen to play later in the day (usually) suffer.

I'm surprised they didn't mention that, besides "fairness" for the player, for the TD an aggregate play-off ensures the final hole of the playoff is known in advance which can help with crowd control and convenience of awarding prizes, etc.
Also, they didn't discuss options for the possibility that after the aggregate play-off scores are still tied.

Using terms like "playing surface" are very confusing. It seems like anything behind your lie as long as it's dead and unattached should be allowed to be moved, and traditionally has been allowed.

This makes it sound like you can't run a women's only A tier and up. I thought there was an exception for that? If not, throw pink and US women's are not in compliance.

MVP open already did the multi hole playoff before this rule change.

I feel you should do away with the runup in fair way throws. Stand still after tee shot on every hole.
