First, I want to say that these are decent apartments and they will definitely be rented out.
I am okay with the separated shower/ toilet bathrooms. However, Bathroom Girl wants to know when you have such space as the full bath why can't you just stop putting the shower in the middle of the room? Put it on one end with a little strip at the bottom to hold in the shower curtain. It's not always about space it's about order. Some people are just not watching Ezra Ondara TV and reading the comment section. Some people are not venturing out to see what more modern apartments look like. It would not have cost anymore. Even proper paint colors would not have cost any more. I have tried not to say anything but then I realized.... Someone has to say something.
I don't like complete open kitchens but this partially open is really good. Especially for people with young children and people who do a lot of entertaining 👍🏽. The apartments are spacious enough and bright 👍🏽. The price seems right 👍🏽.
