Oh man I need a job like you! "Out there is a fortune waiting to be had you think I'll let it go you're mad you got another thing coming". Sick tune Guru!
U I work hard at Different Jobs I pull a pallet full of water and you were on refrigerant air-conditioning above a bunch of old men. They can do excellent work keep up Dave we love you.
That's a good statement. Got to know what your doing. Most don't. I keep finding the connection where the suction line soldered to evaporator it ate out. Pickle juice eats it up.
I'm betting the conversation about the qoute was a bit more than stated. Every time I run into a leaking evaporator in a turbo air cooler, I get the same reaction; "I can buy a new cooler for that much money!" The same goes for those Green Leaf, Burg, Astiri, Maxx Cold, and a bunch of other cheap Chinese coolers. You gotta love this business🤪✌🖖👍
These owners get spoiled with the low costs of these knockoff units. I hate to see them mixed in with highend units. You just know the reaction you’re gonna get when you tell them the cost of repair. Any repair!
They all leak after 7 years. The thing is they last for 7 years giving the customer no real issues. By that time they get spoiled and talk the way NorCal’s customer did. Every last one.
Nice vid Dave. Hey, Ive always wanted to ask, have you ever used the H10 leak detector from Bacharach? Im partial to them since thats what I was trained on, but they run about 500 bucks. Just wanted your opinion on them, thanks. Hope you and yours had a great Xmas!
it holds just over 1LBS of gas. so not as critical as some and leaking is leaking, he surely over-shot a ways. also, it's wise to use "old faithful" gauges when you already know there's a leak, who knows what debris or contaminates are in the system, it may be bad enough to contaminate the sensors of the electronic wonders ;)
Brian Carlisi it’s a leaker and a gas n go was coming. With a quote that will go no where. It’s basically the customer wants a recharge, they will purchase another unit before paying to repair a 10 year old unit.
Nice from Digital Underground to Judas Priest haha like it. Yeah hate Those Turbo Airs units they are leaker Dave. I mean they all leak eventually right.
10 yrs on a sammich box.. pretty good. Turbo air.. I got a couple r12 Silver Kings used in ice cream shops for milk/malt Fixins, both are still cranking after 25 years. Look like hell ! 1 vote for boobs! Most men today like boobs because science has shown ancient men liked boobs so there you are.
Feel more concerned about the lack of labels and covers on those food containers. Also, if that one was hot and not cooling properly, than why keep all that food in there, and not move it to a fridge with safe temps? (Not you personally lol, but the person who owns that place)
super dave good vid im a master plumber not refer teck but right on u have 2 no your stuff thats y i charge 95-00 bucks a hr not to look pretty like ole lex v lol
Alright guys, feedback would be much appreciated. Ive seen multiple comments saying turbo air (no bueno), what is the most recommended brand for prep station to acquire? Bev Air? Continental? Traulsen? Please advise, im finally gonna start upgrading my equipment and want input from those that know. Thanks in advance!! And the humpty dance!!! Throwback!!!
@@NorCal-refrigeration yeah that brand has come up a few times from what ive seen. I currently have one and for the most part it has been good but ive put enough $ into it already and age wise its time to retire (freezing items). Thanks for the info, definitely will subscribe and checkout your vids!! Much appreciated!
You should have asked him let's take a bet can he go over there and fix that refrigerator while you go over there and make a sandwich and see who comes out a head-first
Yeah just weld that leak and hand him a bill. The customer will totally pay it. Promise. It's not like he bought a chines fridge because he's cheap. No he definitely wants to spend money to fix it.
more or less what I've learned over the years and recently, refrigeration sucks and it's all been plagued with chinesium quality everything, of course what hasn't been sold out and cheapified to utter garbage levels now days.... it's not just USA suffering and it's a terrible way to create jobs, with very short term sustainability. think hard! what I see is a highly broken pyramid scheme and reliance upon technology only from abroad, which means we could have a massive sudden lack of due to many things... like WAR for one... due some more math and think about it hard.

I love how it’s a complete blend of different types of music on your videos .
Turbo air not worth a new evap and gaskets. Anyone can make a sammich but not anyone can do refrigeration. Keep up the good work

I use shrink tubing on those connection.
Lmao “got to know what your doing” good one!
Flash back with the Humpty 🤣🤣🤣
Nice outtro with the Judas Preist lol😲
Nothing worse then a Randell prep table but turbo air is a close second.
You the man dave! Thanks for your videos as always very handy man!
Erick Hernandez thanks for watching Eric.

Bingo Bango Bongo there she is 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I have the same leak detector it rocks! Great job
Excellent video Dave 👍👍
Harry Dickson you like there sticker?
I hate those Turbo Air crap tables. Ive always found leaks in the evap drip pan lines

Thanks for the ride 👍
You know that Mr. Sandwich Man is not gonna approve the quote.....
Nice work. Need to wipe down the crawl space tool bag my friend. Do it at a service call and that way you get paid for doing it!!!

Good video Dave.
lmao @ that sticker inside the lid...........................
I've got the same leak detector, alot of my colleagues are buying the h10 pro, they seem too finicky to me
I’ve used h-10 since the 1980’s you have to know how to set them up. There’s nothing better.
I might have to see if my company will spring for one
Where are you located I need someone to get my refrigerators and freezer

@@NorCal-refrigeration : Good to know, thanks again Dave, you #1 in my hvac/reefer que!
Turbo air and cheap customers. Talk about multiple offender!! Nice video
monteiro air love it. 😂😂😂
Hard to leak check thoroughly when the tables are full of product, ain’t it? Lol
Big Dave rockin some priest!!!
Desert88 Z28 I like the screaming for vengeance album.
That's my favorite one too! Then point of entry is next 😁
Dave I’m trying to learn so I’m not knocking you. With a critically charged unit, ynot use the Fieldpiece smart probes vs the long hosed gauges?

I’m having me some coffee and banana before work
Hey Dave I know you don't like line taps but after you install one do you pinch off the line when your done ?
