Nice Counter with the Moon Spell. Had to change my Setup after Fighting him for 45ms. Used a shield and the Guts Sword with Gravity Thrust War Ash. I drank my flask before going in with No Physical Damage and Increase Damage Negation. So I can bring out my Mimic Tear. I used the Scarlett’s Flower Rott in the Beginning when he’s attacking my mimic Tear. And beginning of second Phase when he just stand there. MiLady with the ash of war heavy attack is pretty good damage. You should have used the heavy attack a lot more. Great use of the Full moon to negate the Meteor spell.
Int builds are at a disadvantage in this fight imo due to being far less tanky plus sorceries can take a minute to wind up, timing is difficult with so few openings. Seriously impressive fight, well done!

I liked it . because you have used a strategy completely yours. This shows the versatility of Elden Ring that everyone can use their own style. good job . Even so, this boss is too stupid 😂 I don't know what the rest think
This dlc brings in so much ds3 vibes including the last boss of the ds3 dlc. I just loved this but not as much as ds3 dlc. That boss is beautiful and Radhan comes in as a copy of that which I don’t mind but I prefer the original.
I am using similar build, but completely abusing chilling ash on milady and sometimes (when you have tim to cast) night mist spell. Radahn is VERY stationary during his combos when you dodge to side, and he stays incredibly long in those mists. Getting frostbitten almost every cast while taking nice base damage from night mist. And when freeze procs, I usually smack him with magma shot to get reset and immediately put him into chilling mist again.
That is a good stratml. I used Magma Shot the entire run to remove frost procs, but decided not to for Radahn cause it was too many things to think about, I had to simplify it so that I can focus on the moveset 🪐🙂
Місяць тому
@@joseandkris that definitely makes sense, radahn is so overwhelming that simplicity really is a key 😁
Outstanding job beating the BS boss. Tbh though, feels like bosses are so over powercrept with their Sekiro and Bloodborne-like moves but our characters still use the same chugging and roll animations. Half of the fight is just rolling and rolling animations with little to none openings. We really need a fresh gameplay on the player side
Sick fight, especially the moon usage. I’m still trying to kill him solo with my knight of solitude build/greatsword of solitude but his second phase bullies me.
Thanks!! 😊 Oh, the Sword of Solitude slaps, amazing stagger dmg. There's a video on my channel where I beat him with a Golden Halberd, check it out, it's a similar setup as yours, big armor, one weapon. In the end it's about dodging and trading , at least for me 😊
Yea, and I didn't expect it, I was trying to look cool for the thumbnail, how I have epic stance while he slams into me... but he decided to do the pull lol 🥳 🙂
I’m running as a mage. But that 2nd phase kills me. Can’t even get him down to 50% before dying. I’m gonna give the darkmoon and glintblade trio a try.
So yea, I spent a lot of time at 50%, and then when I got to 25% the first time, he went down quick. It's more about defence and survival then dmg. Some ppl can brutalize him I guess with OP builds.
Congratulations, well done. I have to ask though, why use Glintstone Trio ? There are more powerful spells you could have used. i am also shocked at how many people commenting did not know that Ranni's Moon absorbs spells/magic, it's right there in the description. Well executed on your part.
Thank you! While there are more powerful spells, I prefer the Glintstone magic as I find it more defensive and bigger chance to hit. Like I can cast it while we have downtime or boss is posing and can focus on dodging, while if I used something more offensive, I would have to make sure it hits and focus on offence and aiming and range, and then I would forget how to dodge. I gotta keep it simple and reduce my brain load for these kind of fights 😅

your build looks so creative, my case I just went unga bonka with heavyweight build mimic + bleed at him 😂
Haha, thanks 😊 Oonga Boonga is maybe my favorite build, but this one is pretty good. It was a cool fight, but it took me a lot to learn 💪
Well done Tarnished.
Thanks fellow Tarnished
I liked it . because you have used a strategy completely yours. This shows the versatility of Elden Ring that everyone can use their own style. good job . Even so, this boss is too stupid 😂 I don't know what the rest think
Hahah, yes, boss is unfair but it's a challenge, all others were much easier so respect for that 😉
Yes, yes, I like it. At some point I enjoy it. but he's a crazy boss hahahaha😎
That was hectic. Congrats!
Thanks 😊👍
This dlc brings in so much ds3 vibes including the last boss of the ds3 dlc.
I just loved this but not as much as ds3 dlc. That boss is beautiful and Radhan comes in as a copy of that which I don’t mind but I prefer the original.
This fight reminds me of the Princes in DS3 base game, Lorian and Lothric on top of him. I think Miyazaki wanted to pay homage to that fight :)
impressive! the moon! love it
Thanks friend 😊
Wow that was a long fight. Those long fights are hard for me. I always screw up before making a dent to the boss's health bar.
Yes, quite long, by the end i went all or nothing, but yeah, patience and learning moves is key 🔐
The Moon trick 👌 great job
Thanks 💪😄🤗
@@joseandkris that definitely makes sense, radahn is so overwhelming that simplicity really is a key 😁
well done
Thank you 😊
Nice job!!! I'll try that moon trick too!
Let me know how it works :) thanks 👍
Way to go boss
Thanks 😂
good one
nicely done
Thank you 😊
alright doing the moon counter when i fight him this is basically my build for the entire run
Yes, it's really great 😃
Outstanding job beating the BS boss. Tbh though, feels like bosses are so over powercrept with their Sekiro and Bloodborne-like moves but our characters still use the same chugging and roll animations. Half of the fight is just rolling and rolling animations with little to none openings. We really need a fresh gameplay on the player side
Hahaha thanks. Yes, my favorite games beside ER are Bloodborne and Sekiro 🤗 would love more of that anytime
This is how big the real radahn is to rellana.
Lol 😂
Nice work. I basically conceded defeat and ended up spamming impenetrable thorns 😐
It worked at least, buy wasn't too satisfying.
Hahah, well it is a strategy, u survived long enough to spam it 🤗
Sick fight, especially the moon usage.
In the end it's about dodging and trading , at least for me 😊
Glintstone blade doing damage for ants.
Lol 🤣 all the little bits count
Well done. Looks like you could have cast Glintstone trio multiple times in a row.
Yea, was scared tho, played it very defensive 😊
Out of all the times I did this boss, he never did the gravity pull first, so weird.
Yea, and I didn't expect it, I was trying to look cool for the thumbnail, how I have epic stance while he slams into me... but he decided to do the pull lol 🥳 🙂
5:18 i know your heart was pounding
Oh yea. But when I saw him posing and not going into some combo, I was like "ok going for it" 🤣
Bravo 👏
Thanks!
Ok, I’ll try this build today. Thanks
You're welcome 🤗 Let me know how it works 🤠
Impressive
Thanks 😊
I’m running as a mage. But that 2nd phase kills me. Can’t even get him down to 50% before dying. I’m gonna give the darkmoon and glintblade trio a try.
So yea, I spent a lot of time at 50%, and then when I got to 25% the first time, he went down quick. It's more about defence and survival then dmg. Some ppl can brutalize him I guess with OP builds.
WOW! I did not know Moon can counter meteriote strike
yep, even Renalla's Full Moon :)
I gotta keep it simple and reduce my brain load for these kind of fights 😅
sick build
Thanks!!
