I cut the roots and throw out, chop the spinach,onions,tomatoes,green chillies, grated coconut about a handful, add, little sugar, salt to taste, add little water and cook in the cooker for four whistles. If required I add half of a soup cube in the end. All is ready in fifteen minutes.
