- Did you know that Malcolm McDowell never wants to watch Clockwork Orange after filming? The star suffered a corneal scratch while filming the Ludovico sequence, leaving him temporarily blind. He also broke his ribs while filming the humiliation stage act. In fact, that was not all. He also got traumatized when he almost drowned when his breathing apparatus failed while being restrained underwater in the trough scene.
get ur facts straight, he never said that he doesn’t want to watch it, every interview he’s in he says he had an amazing time filming it. he did have those injuries but he only ever talks highly about the film
I agree, there is a commentary with him and Stanley Kubrick discussing the film and he even went to the premiere and said he loved the film.
I've heard alot of artists say they don't like watching themselves act after filming a movie. I noticed you said he claims to have had "an amazing time FILMING it" and that he "TALKS highly about the film" but that doesn't SAY that he watched the movie.

He says he does not want to watch it again. He’s not particularly interested in seeing the remastered version.

Also, I've done a little research and I found out that many actors/actresses, before they get into character, ask demonic spirits to possess them so that they can be a good performer. They have said that they are not able to act so well or they're not that good of an actor, so they call on the spirits to inhabit them, using their bodies as a conduit. I remember Denzel Washington saying for the movie "Training Day" that he "couldn't have acted that". This is also one of the reasons why these celebrities have so much trouble in their lives. Witchcraft is a very real and dangerous thing.

He had a slight injury to his eye where he said it felt itchy, and was even going to film that day, but Kubrick suggested that he recover and Kubrick would use the day to look for additional filming locations.

I never had my cornea scratched, but the worst thing that happened to my eye was the time I got hit in the face from a falling chisel! I had a black eye for two weeks!
