- The release of the Tudor Black Bay P01 was one of the most controversial watch releases of 2019. This is because of the unusual design of the P01 combined with the fact that Tudor fans were expecting something else.
I was not a big fan of the P01, but as time went on, I started to fall for it's unique charm. Overall, the P01 is a solid watch, and I can see it possibly becoming a highly collectible watch once it is discontinued!

I have many divers, Rolex, omegas etc but ever since I purchased the P01, I rarely wear any of the others. Pictures and videos do it no justice. Looks and wears amazing on the wrist. Most satisfying diver I’ve ever owned. Build quality is amazing. Features the Rolex triplock gaskets system as well. Can’t stop praising it.

I felt the exact same way
It's handsome and I love mine. If it were named the Commando, they'd be flying off the shelves. I didn't like it at first but after seeing it in person at my local AD, I was hooked.

This design might be unique for Tudor but Seiko and Citizen have been using this design for a million years

I love my PO1 (pug) I’ve put it on a watch gheko black tropic so I feel better getting it wet, it really suits the watch too.

How easy is it to operate the bezel locking mechanism?
It's pretty easy!
triplock in P01 is as good as sub or red sea or deepsea.If P01 was branded Rolex than Tudor it will has been a huge success...

It’s tough, so not for “soy boys”. This piece is in my rotation which includes RM & AP, yes Rose Gold RM29 & Forged Carbon AP Offshore. The P01 has the muscle of the other two for less than the associated sales tax and if a robber comes, you just hand it over a get another one the next day ☝🏻😆
