Now that i think about it, this has been one of the most impactful thing in my life thus far(finding your channel)but the o ky way i found it among the billions of channels on this platform is because i wanted to get better at basketball ,truly amazing
I have been following this path. And I think that this takes out the emotional aspect when competing because you believe everything will work out for you. However, I believe that forcing yourself to have emotions can speed up the process. For example, I force myself to play with anger. because my results seem to come out quicker. But in my subconscious I know that I will achieve what I want through my meditation if that make sense. I am also open to change my views.
Emotions aren't something you need to "force" yourself to have - we all have emotions. I think what you're getting at is to be aware of the tendency to repress or block emotions, so that we can remind outselves to actually use the energy emotions bring us instead of blocking them - Simon, Team DeepGame
Your videos have been absolutely helpful in my basketball journey as an older player. There is always room to improve on anything and everything. Greetings from the Philippines. 🫶🏼🤲🏼🏀
