- Finally! After a year-and-a-half of testing and various attempts i have finally managed to make animated doors in trainz simulator!
Here's a brief recap of all the attempts that got me here:
February 2020
JNR 301 Series
First model predisposed for animated doors.
April 2020
Tokyu 1000 Series
First attempt at animated doors - failed miserably.
Model released without animated doors.
April 2021
Kintetsu 3200 Series
Second attempt at animated doors - results are semi-successful.
Model released without animated doors.
July 2021
JNR 211 Series
Third attemt at animated doors - SUCCESS!
Congrats on this milestone. Looking forward to retrofitting a lot of your already excellent trains.

What program did you use to make the animated doors?
GMAX, specifically the "Trainz Asset Creation Studio" version

Hi creator, I'm an android trainz simulator player and I'm making a mountain route in japan. When I entered the trial stage I couldn't find a suitable car, So may I download your KiHa 45 addon which has been converted by the ciltim channel?
I haven't made any KiHa 45, so i don't know wich model you are referring to. However, i'd suggest to stay away from ciltimtv as the entirety of the content posted on his channel has been outright stolen from me and several other creators.
