Great Video!!!
Fun and interesting video. Stabilized video never really shows just how turbulent it is but that looked a bit bumpy. The area you fly is very diverse. For those of us in other countries (usa). I would enjoy seeing a far out view of exactly where in your country you are. Glad to see your flying and thanks for bringing us along on your video. Larson Adventures saying hello.
Hi Roger, great hearing from you. Thanks, You have given me an idea for a video in response to your request.
How do you find smoother air when after you get tossed around ? Looks like at 12:25 you was getting into the proximity of some bad weather . I was told storms can reach out 50 miles away and produce bad turbulence .
Smooth air is hard to find here these days, and being an all day flyer myself, conditions change dramatically. Smooth air is awesome, peaceful, safer and relaxing, but sometimes you have to just deal with the hard stuff - but with caution. Half an hour early morning in smooth air isn’t my style. I often like to go somewhere and catch up with friends for a while.
@@CrayonboxAviationAdventures So what your saying is that you fly when conditions are not favorable because if you had to wait around for perfect days to fly you wouldnt get to fly at all?
@@Trike. Yes, especially if I want to fly for 2-3 hours, or go somewhere and return 4 hours later - especially now as summer approaches. Tomorrow we have heat wave conditions of 38c at the proposed destination (1hr away), I'm not going. Even now, getting to the hanger at 630am to preflight and fuel is causing much dripping of sweat - humid and warm conditions. And we are having broken low cloud bases at 1500ft agl. Not ideal.
