      As I write rjhis comment, I’m getting flashbacks still feeling the level of irritation his incessant “yes” brought me, lol.
      What was he even saying yes to - there’s no way he was able to listen to this brilliant man with all the YES’s” he was able to get out.
      . It’s even more annoying, because he would never ask follow up questions to the real good info Jung would share.
      It was painful to get through.

      I m more thankful to the Wisdom of the Ancient Persia that made the foundation of all the knowledge of Psychology in Literature, Mythology, Architecture etc , Jung translated it to suit the western mind which I am also grateful

    Wow. Gave up something that wasnt working for me so I can be present in my body, started therapy and actually connected with my new therapist doing EMDR, almost done with my first 8 week accelerated BA Psychology classes.

      He really is brilliant. Reading him has helped me develop my creative work (mostly poetry). He is a significant part of a book I'm writing. I've got a video on Jung, Dreams, and Poetry and will be making more videos on Jung and how he relates to the art.

    I like how open minded he is and he doesn't let scientific proof stop him from exercising his own intuution. If it resonates it's real. It's a whole different way of communication.

    At the Gil a juvenile detention facility on Downey in Denver I would play Chess and teach people how to play to pass the time and the window frame resembled a Chess board and the image burned into my subconscious to where my mind would be playing chess all night probably going over different moves kind of like the night people from Rick&Morty teaching myself . I was the second best chess player in the youth track orientation part of lookout mountain juvenile prison then chess master once lil south side homie from the Westwood left who was younger and I could only beat him a couple times but I’m sure he was incarcerated a lot longer and was able to learn different strategies just like I learned before I left

      ​@@brain0nfire Tabula rasa means clean slate, we are not born as a clean slate, what happen later, conditioning, education, mimicking, etc., comes later on, and is not the starting point.

      "Tabula rasa (/ˈtæbjələ ˈrɑːsə, -zə, ˈreɪ-/; Latin for "blank slate") is the idea of individuals being born empty of any built-in mental content, so that all knowledge comes from later perceptions or sensory experiences."
      Note: basically, it means we are not fully made from birth, as experiences can shape us further. Not that we are fully made and nothing else will transform us past birth. 'Tabula rasa' means we can be fully shaped after birth. To which you said 'not one bit'; to which I replied 'at least one bit' with some of the examples that can write that tabula rasa.

    At that time, in 1957, Asia didn't meet western culture yet (the so-called new age) and we didn't know that much about native american's or aborigene's, or mongolian's cultures...
    so C G Jung was a real pionnier !
    But nowodays we can say that these people still living with nature are introverts !!

    51:19 I see this interview this morning. I think of the Cybertruck and the recent Las Vegas bomb incident and wonder when I'll finally see a Cybertruck for the first time in person. I go for a short drive to get lunch and see a Cybertruck for the first time on my way back 🤯
