How come your GTR goes arrow straight down the strip but other dance about? Is that cause they have more HP? or less grippy tyres? 🤷♂️😊 (both AWD cars, as i can understand RWD/FWD)
It’s a few things. Power is one. Huge power is just hard to tame. Power increase per gear. Ours gets in the groove and the power increase per gear is minimal so doesn’t shock the car on a gear change. Sidewall of the tyres is a big one. The big sidewall stuff on 15 inch wheels wanders around more as sidewall flexes. Our suspension is still biased more towards handling and street rather than outright drag racing at the track, so works well on a street surface. You notice ours doesn’t get unsettled softer the bumps on the runway.

@Motive Video Yea but we all know June 2 will win lol. I'm just curious as to what a 3k hp skyline has against a 3k hp GTR in a roll from 60 on a unprepared surface. Drag racing billies GTR stands no chance but roll racing would be cool as a spectator in a spectator sport is all
I like that some of these guys have the cross hanging from the mirror. Look at 14:09 & imagine that or something similar happening near 150mph. Miracles & a bit of faith can keep people alive at these kind of crazy speeds.
Why so many motecs... ancient. Haltech is the future.. imagine some nice haltech coils and easy control panels. Only taken 10 years for jap guys to discover our secret t400 gearbox. V8 did it first. Lol
