    Workout:
    - Overhead pulls (straight arms, hop down and shoot from low position) from elbow, presumably 5-10 shots
    - Overhead pulls but with a 180 degree spin before shooting, also presumably 5-10 shots
    - No jump shooting (try to keep your form the same and focus on timing // try to push on your range), presumably 1-3 makes from each spot
    - No jump shooting with an overhead pull, presumably 2-3 shots from furthest range
    - 3 point shooting from random spots, 5 shots
    - Skip into a shot (try to have your height and hips move like a wave // emphasise final dribble and 'wave'), 5 shots from mid range-3 point range
    - Stopping during shot and refinding momentum for the shot, presumably 5-10 shots
    - Double between the legs (quick dribbles) straight into a shot, gradually raising hips to decrease power and force smoothness, presumably 5 shots
    - Pick up ball from the ground (try to make the motion from the floor into the shot as smooth and fluid as possible), add defender to increase difficulty, presumably 10+ shots
    - Pick up ball from the ground from different starting positions (ball is on 3 point line, you are at free throw line), presumably 5-10 shots
    - Double behind the back (quick dribbles), presumably 5 shots
    - Freestyle shooting (shoot any shots, *I recommend shooting shots you would take in a game*), presumably 5-10 shots
    - Trust shooting (+1 for normal shot, +3 for look away, -1 for look away miss, *-1 for every miss for more difficulty*), 10 shots
    - Jump back shooting, jump from as far into the mid range as possible, out to the 3 point line, preseumably 5-10 shots
    - Same^ but with a dribble, presumably 5 shots
    - Ball screen shooting, but change every shot (ideas: step backs, pull ups, side steps), make a certain amount of shots which seems doable, but hard
    - Two moves, make a certain amount of shots which seems doable but hard
    - Bad pass shooting, shooting from a bad pass, make a certain amount of shots which seems doable but hard
    - Trust shooting (+1 for normal shot, +3 for look away, -1 for look away miss, *-1 for every miss for more difficulty*), 10 shots
*Do this workout along side your shooting workouts, I wouldn't say this should be your only shooting workout, try to put up some 'normal' shots*

Dope workout! Notice @ 2:27 his rotation starts to change with the "no-jump" shots. That's a good tell that you're at the edge of your shooting range. If you start having to heave or push the ball as opposed to your typical release, and you see those weird side spins.

Let the ball and your body continue to drop on the last skip/wave before you get into your shot

Didn't watch the whole video, so maybe it's being mentioned: when lifting the ball up he doesn't keep the angle between forearm and upper arm. He starts with a wider angle in his shooting pocket than at his set point. This makes it more difficult to become consistent. As he has to set the angle at his set point while everything's in motion. So it's naturally going to vary quite a bit from shot to shot.

I think when you re a beginner you should make the exercice at your level but when you get advenced and have all the basics you can make like d1 exercice
