In this video, I share three core principles for making the process easier and more fun for everyone involved.
Adia is making such sharp turns this year. I can tell she's older, stronger & more experienced.
My brother once fell asleep on the lift and he was so small that his skis cleared the safety shut off switch and by the time the attendant was able to get to the shut off, he was too far to retrieve, so we radioed down and he made a full loop on the lift. I'm not sure that's something that would happen today and may have only happened because my parents were employees and my mom told him to start the chair again.
We invented a game to make sure he was up before we got off, where we clapped our boots together and clapped our hands (it wasn't called a fist bump back then) with our neighbors on the chair. I think he kept doing that until he was 10 or 12. It was often funny seeing the reactions of strangers on the chair with us.
Anyway, thanks for sharing the videos with us, it's cool seeing the progress of the boys and Adia.

Lovely to see Adia getting some of those jumps! There is always a first for everything, but going all the way round the bullwheel wasn’t on my radar😂. Would have been nicer for Adia if there was a bit more snow in the trees. How often do they add new signs as Adia seemed excited with the chicken! She’s growing up so fast, soon she won’t fit through your legs.August absolutely sending it down the slopes!

Ah Adia…, lol! Guess she’ll pay more attention from now on, huh? Those new skis of hers though! Is it my imagination or is she able to ski faster now? Maybe a combination of getting a little older, more confidence, along with new skis?
