Thanks for the tips. I can do a 180 but I didn't feel that comfortable before. Now I know why. Doing this will impress ME & if anyone else is impressed...that's gravy. It's about the little successes & fun! (don't listen to the nay sayers - always gotta be a person trying to cancel folks out).
Very helpful! I just started getting into jumps and this will help spice up my riding.
Can confirm! The HC is probably the best segway into tricks and jibs.

The half cab was the first 180 I could do but I haven’t tried it off jumps yet because I haven’t learned to do jumps riding switch. However your video reminded me that I can ride switch and I can do side hits so maybe I’ll start practicing half cabs on side hits to help me be able to do park jumps switch.
Also, why the hell can’t I do frontside 180’s except off the toes! It’s so frustrating. Even going slow or just standing and it’s hard. But back 1’s are nothing…wtf
more personal question but when skiing i rotate to my left and im a regular meaning based of my natural comfortable rotation side i would be better off doing backside but that thought slightly worries me... is the side which you rotate to as uncomfortable on snowborad as it is on skies ?

I suggest a nitro mercy they are definitely pricy but really good for park if you plan on learning park if you go a lot tell your parents that buy the board is less expensive than renting a board because truly it is

Do you have a video for a regular 180? I can hit it switch but idky it feel so unnatural jumping off my heel edge and spinning

same in vermont in the valley, luckily we have snow in the mountains going this weekend. But my home mountain closed a ton of trails lately. So I won't be going up this weekend.probably.
