Hi Alejandro, I'd recommend answers between 2 and 2 minutes 30. This always 'feels' like about the right amount. Effective storytelling techniques (with clear structure, and some insight into your thought process and emotions) should ensure your interviewer doesn't get distracted (by chocolate, or anything else!). I find it difficult to summarise my CV or experience as it’s quite extensive. Please can you give me tips if possible ?

Hi Rachel - as annoying as this might sound - this is a good problem to have :-) It may be a mistake to try to summarise all of your valuable experience in your CV; it may be better to showcase the experiences that have greatest relevance to the role you're going for, and shorten less relevant experiences. If all your experiences are relevant, trust the hiring manager to see that - without needing to go into extensive detail. That level of detail is best reserved for the interview stage, as part of a discussion. The CV is just a marketing document to get you the interview - you needn't feature every detail.
