Hi Sarah I just wanted to let you know I made your ginger bread house the front part of it only. I am adding it to my folk art crochet blanket for my Christmas theme.. It turned out amazing. You explained it so perfect. Next Christmas I'm making the whole ginger bread house for my granddaughter who is 8. Thank you for sharing your pattern of the Ginger bread house . I'm using your ginger bread house pattern the front part of it also to make My Church for (My crochet folk art blanket). I'm new to Crocheting houses. Your pattern will get used alot by me. Your pattern is so amazing. And easy to make. Many times thanks for sharing. Mrs Portia Roberson

this is adorable & thank you for making this tutorial. Unfortunately I’m having so much trouble making this. Since it’s not a crochet along and you only show if you stitches and then on super fast speed you finish the row I have to keep stopping and trying to crochet and then find where you pick up again and it’s very very challenging. Do you have any written instructions so that I don’t have to keep pulling my work out and rewinding and starting again. I am on the roof right now and I have crocheted this first and second row a half a dozen times. I can barely see the crochet work I can really only see your fingers and I’m trying to see on the second row what did you go into and I can’t. So I was hoping that the written instructions might help greatly appreciate anything that you can do to help as I’m trying to make this for a Christmas gift for my daughter and her husband thank you very much🎄☃️

On the roof... When she says chain 32... what she really means is chain 32 +1 to turn around. Otherwise, your count will be off. A lot of people don't count the turning chain as a chain but if your count is off you will know why. Just a helpful hint. Otherwise I had FUN making this. Thanks a ton for the video

It's mean 33 chains total, right?

I was wondering if it is at all possible to add written pattern instructions. I am having an issue with the front and back. Mainly with the turns and decreases. Also you have rows where you sc across and they are kind of scattered throughout the pattern. Thank you.

it would have been helpful for yo u to say when making the roof the amount of stitches per row when decreasing and how many rows there were

Little curious as to why you don't do the single crochet two together for the first two stitches. It's always skip a stitch.

When crocheting the front and back pieces could you tell me how many rows there are in total.

you should do a written pattern for this. I'm finding it hard to follow along and write it down myself. I find it tedious to pause and go back and pause and go back
