Hi imane! You give me so much hope. My story is basically the same as yours. My hairloss started a couple of months before university. I had a question. Did you need a doctors prescription to use saw plametto ?
Hey Imane thank you for your work and for this channel. I found you today after looking for hairloss videos on UA-cam. This week I took out my permanent extensions (which I've used for at least three years to mask the thin hair) and have committed to getting to the root (lol) of the problem. When I use the derma roller do I have to leave washing my hair and exercising etc for 24 hours as advised and when should I put the oils on it? Do I have to wait a while until I’m used to it? And also you said in your description that 1.5mm is the updated one for hair growth so should I order that one? Sorry for all of the questions but thank you so much you’re a life saver!!! Xxx
Hope your hair journey is going well! Yes I’d wait 24/48 hours before washing hair. Always use a gentle sulfate free shampoo that’s more natural! Yes 1.5 is best length. I’m wondering if I continue with the massages and derma rolling, will those thin almost invisible hair strands get thicker with time?
I'm so sorry that you're dealing with hair loss. It can be an emotionally and physically draining experience. I'm happy to tell you that I've experienced success with naturally and holistically fighting female hair loss. Massage can be part of a holistic approach to hair growth and I've seen it be an effective tool. Research has shown that a scalp massage can help stimulate blood circulation to the area, which is important for promoting hair growth. I recommend using a 1.5mm derma roller to massage your scalp. This is a safe and effective way to massage your scalp and give it the nutrients it needs to support hair growth. It's also important to use natural remedies and products that are specifically designed to promote healthy hair growth. At www.thereisbia.com I offer a range of products that have helped many women regrow their hairline naturally and holistically. If you have any questions or need help with your hair loss journey, please reach out to me and I'd be happy to help.

Hi I'm 22 and my hair was thick but now it's becoming thin also hair loss problem i want baby hair can u recommend something ur new subscriber
Thank you so much for all of your advice 🥰I tried Minoxodil as well and it worries me because you have to use it everyday and the long list of side effects! So glad I found your channel! I have been using jojoba and rosemary oil and massaging it in, I bought saw palmetto yesterday and will be getting a derma roller and niacin from Amazon tonight.... I have a few questions if you don’t mind, how often do you wash your hair? When I use the derma roller do I have to leave washing my hair and exercising etc for 24 hours as advised and when should I put the oils on it? Do I have to wait a while until I’m used to it? And also you said in your description that 1.5mm is the updated one for hair growth so should I order that one? Sorry for all of the questions but thank you so much you’re a life saver!!! Xxx
Hope your hair journey is going well! Yes I’d wait 24/48 hours before washing hair. Always use a gentle sulfate free shampoo that’s more natural! Yes 1.5 is best length. Btw I am super excited to launch and share my hair oil Next week!!! Follow @biabeautyinall on insta for updates if you fancy it :)
Thanks!
We really appreciate your kind words!
is it too much if I do it 30 min a day? I've known about this from my parents and grandparents as they used to do that. I started doing it for 2 weeks and honestly I see great results already.
did your hair get thicker and grew?
@@nemesisy I see lots of new strands but if you stop it will fall again.
@@MsForeverFluffy so when should I stop? I don’t wanna keep doing this everyday. I just want my hair to be longer and thicker and then I wanna stop and I want it like that forever lol.
@@nemesisy you kind of have to do it forever💀
@@MsForeverFluffy unfortunately that’s not something I want to do. I’m just gonna find another way to not do it forever lol
My wife wants to know if your on birth control and if any of these solutions could have negative side effects while on birth control. Shes on the Tri combo pill that’s supposed to help hair growth.
I have a cowlick near where my hair is thinning (crown of my head). I have a hard time in the morning trying to hide this area (bed head). When I wake up my problem area is more visible. What do u suggest? I’ve been having to wash my hair daily bc of this
whats a cowlick? I would try scalp massages every day - pinching/stretching and pressing
thank you for sharing this!! lost most of my hair after extreme weight loss so i hope this helps 🤞🤞🤞

if my hair is short and weak, could this massaging rip it off, especially that i find few hair in my hand after massaging?
Be sure to massage the scalp but love the scalp not the hair. So that’s no friction and not pulling any hair
i get it, thanks very much for responding
Gonna try it rn hehe
Hehehe
you dont use any medication like minoxidil right?

Note: you have a beautiful jawline, any secrets?
Aww thank you 🥰. And no secrets just genetics. I do use gua Shua which I think helps!
@@ImaneBelle be blessed those defined genetics!☺️🙏
Great video, Thanks!
Do you know of any electronic massage devices that also work for this?
Where did you get that turtle neck top? Thank you for this video!
Did your hair ever go thin and then get back thicker? I have noticed I have different hair thickness.
For example my top strands are thick hair follicles but my sides are almost invisible super thin. I’m wondering if I continue with the massages and derma rolling, will those thin almost invisible hair strands get thicker with time?
hey Mia :) yes those hair should get thicker!
If I do the massage, will I get results in a month? Thank you!
Nah 6 months
Can you do it if you have dermatitis?
Yes x
Should we just move the scalp in circular motion or the finger too?
both!
Does it regrow hairline after massaging on hairline??
@@ImaneBelle I m 20 years old male and my hairline is not majorly receded. I think i had a mature hairline and had a baby hairs. I want to grow that baby hair long and thick.
@@ImaneBelle there is no major recession or hairline or not at temples but little bit receding. And baby hair are on frontal hairline
Do you do it 2x a day? What times?
The more you do it the better. I normally do it before bed or if I’m driving or on a long journey or if I’m watching tv
Could a hair sides Pump work? Sometimes I use the AFUNSO Intelligent Massage Headband. Check it out and let me know your thoughts on it...
Man, you can really feel the additional blood circulation from peppermint oil.. I wonder how many people have tried it for hair loss?
Haha yeah it’s a great stimulant
Did feel any different or any regrows after scalp massage?

Scalp Massage 3:08
You're welcome 😄
is it normal that when I massage my scalp a lot of my hair falls down ?
Scalp massage does not cause hair loss. However if you are suffering from hair loss it's normal to experience hair to come out. But the scalp massage is going to help stimulate blood flow and hair growth. Try also massage softly x
If your hair is wet then it isnt normal
Hello what essential oils do you recommend?
Does this work with men
Imane after your blood test did you see your doc or keep taking iron on your own analysizing your reports
Kept looking at it on my own and then once a while saw my doctor. But just needed blood results to see what level of iron I was at
How long did it take to get your hair back
6/9 months x
