During his first State of the Municipality Address, Mayor Cezar T. Quiambao has proved to his fellow Bayambangueños that growth and progress are at the front and center of his vision for his beloved hometown. Dubbed as "the local boy who made good", Mayor Quiambao is committed to creating a new and improved Bayambang through various employment, infrastructure and economic projects that can make this town world class.
