been here since 2004 and have been disappointed with how it's developed. If you like gas stations and fast food with a bank thrown in for diversity then Parker is your place! To me, it's a glorified truck stop. Lack of culture (yes, I know about PACE) and anything more than fast casual (with thee decent exceptions) has me leaving Parker more frequently than I initiallly expected. It could have been up there with Castle Rock and Lone Tree, but lack of vision and feckless leadership keeps this town a sprawed-out Buc-ees.
