- I couldn’t help it! This bed is only a few weeks old and I had to enlarge it! I’m using a bit of a different method this time to get myself more planting space (and less grass to mow)!

Your garden bed is amazing. I think it’s ready for you to plant anything. Enjoy your gardening ☺️
I love the changes you’ve made! It somehow looks more natural, like it hugs the contours of the land now. I have to say, I am amazed at your energy! These are big projects and require a lot of effort & strength which you seem to have in abundance. You should start a boot camp for gardeners!😅
@@NancyMoras Thank you, Nancy! 🥰 I do get so tired! 😆 But in a really good way!
Great job. Keep putting videos out. You have so much gardening knowledge you can share with viewers.
@@CarolMalcomb-s4u Thank you, Carol! I will certainly try! It is really fun for me. ☺️ I appreciate your encouragement! 🥰
The new garden bed is looking great! I think the extended shape of it looks a lot better and harmonious with the other garden beds 😊
Yay! More flowerbeds. I hope you plant up your berm in the spring 😊
I had to smile. You are just like me: projects always get bigger and it is almost impossible to stop. The "no-dig-bed" looks even better now :)
Love your videos! You are truly blessed to live in such gorgeous country.
Love the new bed addition. Looks what I keep doing to get me more room.
I love your canine supervisors. Dogs just wanna have fun!
@@marilynmourdock3688 Haha! They’re never far away! 🥴😆
Oh yes!~ I see the new vision.. going to look great Genie : )
Looks wonderful-I’m glad you did that. As for me, I’m starting my “No-work bed” maybe tomorrow. . .
Who says no to a bigger flower bed? No me!!Just i think now you must change the inside path, you must put somewhere in the midle.
You are such a hard worker!!
Your garden is so beautiful. I love getting to see it ❤
It looks great! I keep making my beds bigger, just can't stop!
❤❤❤❤❤ You go girl!
Looks really good !!! 🤩
I love the changes, looks fabulous! Is there any benefit to hosing down the cardboard before covering it? Thanks for sharing!
@@GolfGal Hi! I think it would be helpful in dry climates, or if you’re installing during the summer when it’ll be raining less. I’ve done it both ways and didn’t notice much of a difference in my Western Oregon gardens. 😊
Your garden is beautiful 😊. I see your arbor in the background. I was thinking of getting a similar one. How did you secure it? And did you set it directly on the ground or on some sort of paver to protect the wood? Thanks!
@@amycorreia1079 Hi there! I have one in the back yard that did come with its own method of securing into the ground that worked great, but this cedar one in the front did not. We had to get creative. 🤭 We used rebar that was about 2 feet long and some round metal clamps (I don’t know the technical name for them 🥴) to attach the rebar to the arbor’s legs. It’s worked well! And no, nothing other than the stain to protect the wood for this one. ☺️
@@myrusticgardens thank you. Might tackle that this fall. 😊
